Top 10 Best Vines of the August Bank Holiday

Social media app, Vine, enables iPhone and Android users to create and share short, looping videos, known as ‘Vines’. On its launch, Vine was acquired by Twitter, allowing users to sign up quickly and easily with their Twitter accounts and then tweet their Vine creations. The free app became available to iPhone back in January 2013 and an app for Android followed shortly after.

With 40 million users, there are endless Vines being created, shared, and watched every day. With that in mind, here are 10 of the best vines from the August Bank Holiday:

 1. We Will Rock You at Creamfields

2. Notting Hill g’vine

3. Mud slide at Leeds Fest

4. On the Ferris Wheel in Sefton Park at Liverpool International Music Festival

5. Hula hooping at Notting Hill Carnival

6. Partying in the crowd at Creamfields

7. Notting Hill Carnival What Even

8. Crowd-walking at Creamfields

9. Mad dash at Reading Festival

10. Easy Jet do Manchester Pride

And, OK, it’s not a Vine but too good to be missed – Policemen getting into the spirit at Notting Hill Carnival!
